357th Fighter Group Gallery

Lt. Irving E Snedeker, 364th Fighter Squadron. P-51D C5-M “Rovin’ Rhoda” (L) / “4 Bolts” (R). Lt. Snedeker became a POW action flying this a/c on 17 April 1945 following a crash-landing at Ruzyne aerodrome. The 4 Bolts refer to Irving and three others who went through flight school together, one of whom was Don Kocher, also of 364th FS who also had “4 Bolts” on the right side of his P-51.
